- A high school diploma or a general education degree (GED) is required
- Upper education preferable, however not required
- 2 - 3 years of related experience, preferably with a full-size restaurant and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in cash handling and inventory management.
- Computer skills required. Working knowledge of the Reservations system and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Liquor License (Manager Card required)
- TB Clearance
