What You Will Achieve: Build and manage a thriving portfolio of personal lines clients by leveraging our industry-leading technology and broad carrier access to maximize sales. Qualifications for this Role: An active Personal Lines or P&C license, with current licensure in New York being a key requirement. 5+ years of demonstrated success as a licensed agent with a focus on personal lines (e.g., Home, Auto, Umbrella, etc.). A proven track record of success in personal lines insurance sales, with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of personal insurance products, policies, and carrier underwriting guidelines. AMS Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Agency Management Systems (e.g., EZLynx, Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft) to quote new business and manage client policies. CRM Expertise: Proven ability to drive revenue and manage your sales pipeline using modern CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) What Sets You Apart: A "hunter" mentality with a relentless drive to win new business.
