The National Navy SEAL Museum is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our national C-Suite. Based in San Diego, California, this role offers a profound opportunity to steward the financial future of an organization dedicated to preserving Naval Special Warfare history, supporting special operators and their families, and inspiring future generations.

As CFO, you will oversee consolidated operations across our Florida and California locations, as well as our global monument preservation and charitable initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in our most ambitious chapter yet: guiding the high-level financial modeling and liquidity management for a newly approved $256 million ground-up landmark museum build on the San Diego waterfront.

Key Highlights of the Role:

• Directing consolidated financial strategy for an operating budget scaling from $11M to an anticipated $40M+.
• Managing financial reporting, infrastructure accounting, and cash management for a massive $250M+ capital campaign and ground-up development project.
• Overseeing the financial engineering and allocation of funds for the Navy SEAL Museum Charities Programs to support special operators and their families.
• Guiding multi-state corporate entities, dedicated endowments, and hybrid/remote workforces.

The Ideal Candidate & Compensation:

• Brings 10+ years of progressive financial leadership in C-Suite or senior management roles within complex, capital-intensive organizations.
• Holds an advanced credential such as an MBA or CPA.
