As an LMHC at Joyful Journey Counseling Services, you will primarily support a diverse demographic, including individuals from varying cultural backgrounds and life experiences. Your clinical expertise will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more, helping clients navigate their mental health journeys with dignity and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• A valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor in Washington State.

• At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and additional consideration for a sign-on bonus.
