A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Required state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Strong proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies across age groups, including significant insight into developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional ability to communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
