Become part of a dedicated team consisting of 4 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers.

This role focuses on traditional outpatient family medicine.

Enjoy minimal on-call responsibilities, limited to phone consultations (1 in 7 rotation).

Our clinic features on-site lab, x-ray, and pharmacy services for your convenience.

About Our Medical Group

We are a regional health system serving 14 counties, which includes a medical center, seven critical access hospitals, and 42 clinics throughout northern Iowa.

Candidate Qualifications

Applicants must be board-certified as a Physician Assistant and eligible to obtain an Iowa medical license, DEA, and CSA, along with medical staff privileges at our facility.
