Account Executive | Recruitment & Staffing Industry Location : Office locations in NYC (Midtown), Melville, and Morristown - Hybrid Compensation : Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure Experience Level : Ideally 3+ years of staffing sales/new business development or full desk recruitment (Professional Services, Finance & Accounting, or related verticals preferred) The role involves individual production through sales and 360 recruitment, so staffing sales experience is essential. There will also be opportunities to contribute to team growth and take on leadership responsibilities early on as well. Position Overview Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced agency recruitment professional to join our growing team . This opportunity is ideal for a successful 360, business developer/account manager, or senior leader that is also producing who wants to continue producing while also helping build and scale our professional service s division in across the east coast and options to build into further territories across the US This role combines business development, account management, and recruiting, offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact while helping shape the future growth of the office Green Key is an established national staffing firm with specialized practices across Finance & Accounting, AEC, Technology, Professional Services, Legal, and Life Sciences. While experience in these sectors is preferred, we are open to recruiters from various agency backgrounds The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, financially motivated, and excited by the opportunity to influence growth strategy while maintaining a successful desk.
