Key Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or youth in educational settings
• Ability to assist with classroom activities and follow teacher direction

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or Paraprofessional Certification preferred)
• Ability to pass background checks as required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with daily instructional activities
• Assist individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts
• Help implement educational plans as directed by teachers or specialists
• Provide encouragement and support to promote student engagement and confidence
• Monitor student behavior and contribute to a safe, organized learning atmosphere
• Collaborate with staff to ensure students’ social and academic development
• Carry out clerical or administrative tasks as needed (preparing materials, organizing resources, etc.)
