Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments and evaluations for each client to develop tailored therapy strategies that meet their individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records in accordance with legal requirements and ethical standards to ensure the highest quality of client care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to provide holistic care and address the diverse needs of our clients.

Your primary focus will be on serving a variety of clients in the Modesto area, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses. Additionally, therapists at Southeast Behavioral Health PC enjoy flexible work schedules, with options for both full-time and part-time positions, and the opportunity for hybrid work arrangements that combine telehealth and in-person sessions. We also provide a SIGN-ON BONUS to welcome our new team members.
