Estimating Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities Assist estimators with bid preparation and project setup Coordinate bid documents, addenda, drawings, and specifications Maintain bid calendars and project folders Complete contractor pre-qualification forms and supporting paperwork Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and outside contacts regarding project information and bid activity Support procurement and new project setup after awarded work Update databases, tracking systems, and contact records Assist with reporting, data entry, and organization of estimating information Coordinate virtual and in-person pre-bid meetings Work collaboratively with estimating, project management, and business development teams Requirements High School Diploma or GED required (College degree preferred) Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Excel Ability to manage large amounts of information and prioritize tasks Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Quick learner with strong critical thinking skills Must pass a background check and drug screen #J-18808-Ljbffr
