Collections Specialist
Addison Group
Manage a high volume of customer accounts in a fast-paced collections environment. Handle a portfolio of 1,000+ customers with varying account sizes and invoice volumes. Complete a minimum of 35 customer contacts per day through a combination of phone calls and emails. Utilize Excel to download, organize, filter, sort, and analyze spreadsheets, including reviewing aging reports and tracking collection targets. Focus on high-aging accounts, account cleanup, and reducing outstanding balances. Conduct detailed research to resolve account discrepancies, identify payment issues, and determine appropriate collection strategies. Utilize Power BI as a collections tool to analyze account data and support collection efforts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
