If you share our commitment to innovative and personalized care, we'd love to talk with you.Essential Functions and QualificationsMinimum 2 - 3 years of experience working as a NP in a clinical setting preferred.Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.Current Minnesota RN and women's health nurse practitioner licensures and CPR certification.Ability to understand and adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols.Able to work collaboratively with multiple health professionals in a busy and complex environment using tact, diplomacy, and discipline.Strong charting/documentation skills.Commitment to excellence and high standardsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
