Litigation Associate Attorney

Location: Texas

New Gig Solutions is partnering with a growing and highly respected law firm seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who takes pride in producing high-quality legal work, values attention to detail, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced litigation environment.

The firm is looking for a motivated litigator who can independently manage cases, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to sophisticated litigation matters while continuing to grow professionally within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and advance an active litigation caseload

• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery, and legal correspondence

• Take and defend depositions

• Assist with trial preparation, hearings, and case strategy

• Provide practical legal analysis and client guidance

• Maintain organized case files and consistently meet deadlines

• Communicate proactively with clients, attorneys, and team members regarding case developments

Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of litigation experience

• Active Texas Bar license required

• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters with strong attention to detail

• Experience in commercial, construction, or real estate litigation is a plus

• Professional, organized, and team-oriented mindset
