Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will serve primarily low-acuity adult clients who are seeking help with a diverse range of mental health concerns. Our client demographic allows you to focus on effective treatment strategies for individuals who may be navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, or mild depression, ensuring that you can make a substantial impact on their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and valid full licensure as a therapist to practice independently, including but not limited to Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No restricted, provisional licenses, or disciplinary actions on your record.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a supportive and understanding approach to client interactions.

• Proficiency in technology and comfort navigating digital platforms for telehealth services.
