Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (please note, pay package discussed upon application)

What You'll Do

Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans for diverse patient populations
Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment updates
Adhere to all ethical, legal, and organizational standards in patient care
Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision opportunities
Support the facility's mission to deliver high-quality mental health services

What You Need
Required:

Valid clinical psychology license (state-specific)
Prior experience in clinical psychology setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred:

Experience with a variety of therapeutic approaches
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Bilingual abilities are a plus

This position is located in a community-focused clinical setting that offers outpatient mental health services. You will work within a dedicated team committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to promote mental health and wellness for patients of all ages. Flexibility exists for both full-time and part-time schedules, with a primary work week starting September 16, 2026.
