Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to fully understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources available to them.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals and measurable interventions to ensure client progress.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide crisis intervention, offering immediate support and safety planning for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Lead educational workshops and support groups, enhancing therapeutic engagement and providing valuable psychoeducation to clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
