Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Outpatient Cardiology Clinic Coverage
Evaluate and Manage Adult and Geriatric Cardiology Patients
No Rounding
No Admissions

Provider Will Work Independently

Requirements
Active Alaska Medical License in Hand at Time of Presentation - Required
Candidates Requiring Alaska Licensure Will Not Be Accepted
BLS - Required
BLS Must Be From the American Heart Association or American Red Cross as Applicable
Epic Proficiency - Required
At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience in Cardiology - Required
Must Be Comfortable Working Independently
COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions
Recent Clinical Activity Requirements
Clinical Activity Documentation From the Previous 24 Months - Required
Must Provide Documentation of Cardiovascular Disease Services Representative of the Scope and Complexity of Requested Privileges
Clinical Activity Requirement May Be Waived for Applicants Who Completed Training Within the Previous Year
