United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join their patient-focused care team. Highlights Pay: $40.70 - $61.05 per hour Location: Johnson City, NY Facility: UHS Wilson Medical Center Department/Unit: North Tower 4 Med‑Surg Respiratory Schedule: Part-time, Rotating Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 for experienced candidates What You’ll Do Provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care to adult medical-surgical patients. Collaborate with the care team to ensure effective patient management. Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and families on health management and care plans. Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Support a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the unit.
