Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking a knowledgeable, personable, compassionate and energetic HR professional to join our growing team.

The HR Assistant is responsible for assisting the Human Resources department with administrative, operational, and organizational tasks that ensure the smooth operation of efficient HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; required
  • Minimum one year experience in Human Resources required
  • One year of recruitment coordination experience; preferred
  • Proficiency is Microsoft Office

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Assists in coordination of the hiring process
  • Acts as point of contact for community team members to answer general questions regarding HRIS systems, benefit information, Leave of Absence workflow, and employee inquiries.
  • Assists with new employee orientation
  • Audits and assists with timely management of employee files, databases, and information
  • Provides administrative support to HR Manager
