RFI Proposal Specialist - AI-Enabled Statewide Navigator

Job Description

The job is to prepare and manage the company's response to the Ohio Department of Veterans Services (ODVS) RFI for an AI-Enabled Statewide Navigator .

Main Responsibilities

• Review and analyze the complete RFI and identify ODVS's requirements.
• Prepare a clear and professional RFI response rather than a contractual RFP proposal.
• Research and document the company's experience with AI, customer-journey platforms, referral systems, and data-driven solutions .
• Prepare relevant past-performance examples and case studies .
• Explain the company's proposed AI solution, including AI navigation, personalized recommendations, intelligent matching, and resource discovery .
• Describe technical capabilities such as AI, APIs, semantic/vector search, knowledge graphs, GraphRAG, analytics, security, and integrations .
• Develop the company's implementation approach, timeline, staffing, onboarding, and support strategy .
• Prepare a general cost/pricing structure covering licensing, hosting, maintenance, support, and optional services.
• Highlight the company's competitive differentiators and value proposition .
• Coordinate with technical, business, and management teams to collect information for the response.
• Ensure the response is complete, professional, and submitted according to ODVS instructions.
• Prepare supporting materials for a possible 60-minute presentation or demonstration if ODVS invites the company.
