RFP Proposal Specialist - VIED Website Redesign & WordPress Migration

Job Description
The job is to prepare and manage a complete proposal response for UTSA RFP No. 743-2026-RFP-1515 , which seeks a vendor to redesign and migrate 10 VIED websites into a standardized WordPress environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Review and understand the UTSA RFP and solicitation requirements.
- Analyze the project requirements for 10 website redesigns and migrations .
- Prepare proposal responses that address UTSA's technical and business requirements.
- Ensure the proposal demonstrates knowledge of WordPress, website migration, accessibility, IT, security, and web standards .
- Highlight the company's relevant experience and qualifications.
- Prepare required proposal documents, forms, and supporting information.
- Coordinate with technical and management teams to obtain information needed for the proposal.
- Ensure the proposal follows UTSA's instructions and is submitted before the deadline.
- Review the final proposal for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
