Supply Chain Analyst

Based in our Shakopee, MN location, you will be responsible to collect, organize, manage, and analyze data and processes across global sites. This Supply Chain Analyst role will optimize business processes and tools in ways that drive cost reductions, improve inventory, eliminate manual transactions, and increase supply chain productivity by reducing waste and inefficiencies. This individual will also work closely with other functional groups to better serve our internal and external customers. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Process Analysis & Integration: Gather and analyze processes globally, combine them based on stakeholder requirements, and present them for review and consensus. Documentation: Update existing procurement documentation following guidelines and communicate these updates to relevant stakeholders through various channels. Implementation: Implement these global processes across global sites, ensuring consistency and efficiency in execution. Support Continuous Improvement: Support and execute agreed-upon continuous improvement and innovation project ideas to enhance supply chain efficiency. Who You Are: You are analytically minded and comfortable translating large data sets into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders. You take ownership of your work, follow through on commitments, and thrive in a structured yet fast-paced environment. You ask the right questions, adapt quickly to new tools and processes, and collaborate effectively across global teams.
