Recruitment Manager (SHRM or PHR Certified)

salary: $34 - $37 per hour

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment life cycle, from kick-off and search strategy to interview execution and offer stage.

• Conduct video interviews via Zoom and maintain proactive, clear communications with candidates and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

• Execute full life cycle sourcing and recruitment strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and active networking to build diverse talent pipelines.

• Leverage ADP Workforce Now to post job descriptions, manage applicant tracking data, draft formal offer letters, and generate recruitment metrics.

• Support inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) initiatives in every phase of candidate sourcing and selection.

• Assist with updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation, and special talent acquisition projects
