Temporary Call Center Agent

To support customer needs, the full-time Temporary Call Center Agent will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating strong customer service and sales skills while working remotely from Hawaii. Key responsibilities Identify and resolve customer inquiries accurately through various communication channels Educate customers on products to maximize sales opportunities and manage follow-ups as needed Document customer interactions and maintain accurate data in Contact Center systems Required qualifications 6+ months of customer service experience Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Experience in call center, retail, or e-commerce is preferred Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required
