Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions using video chat technology, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults presenting a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Hold one of the following licenses, allowing you to practice independently without supervision: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.

• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature to connect effectively with clients.

• Display strong computer literacy skills to navigate our therapy platform with ease.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Inner Calm Mental Healthcare, we value our counselors and offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, we provide:
