Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, identifying clinical diagnoses, and developing personalized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of clients, thereby enhancing their coping and resilience skills.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients undergoing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely assistance and stabilization.

• Maintain accurate and secure client records, encompassing treatment notes, progress evaluations, and assessment details, all in line with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in collaborative care by networking with interdisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to provide holistic support.

Qualifications\n
