Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to create personalized treatment plans based on clients' mental health needs and goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing proven therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and psychodynamic therapy.

In this role, you will support a diverse range of clients seeking mental health services. The population includes individuals facing various psychiatric concerns, such as anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, relationship challenges, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain therapeutic relationships based on trust and safety.
