Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, understanding their unique histories and mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records while adhering to professional ethics and legal standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and seminars, to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.
