Manufacturing Technician I/II/III Wed to Sat 3:30 PM to 2AM

Manufacturing technician role at a pharmaceutical services company performing aseptic filling, equipment operation, and cleanroom processing of sterile drug products. Position operates on a Wednesday-Saturday schedule, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM shift in Bedford, NH.

Responsibilities

• Prepare solutions and perform aseptic filling and labeling of vials under sterile conditions
• Assemble, disassemble, and operate aseptic filling and lyophilization equipment in cleanroom settings
• Operate autoclaves, vial washers, depyrogenation units, and other processing equipment
• Complete and maintain production documentation including batch records and equipment logbooks
• Identify, document, and escalate deviations from normal operations and participate in investigations

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic manufacturing techniques
• Ability to operate specialized pharma equipment including lyophilizers and filling lines
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to written procedures and batch records
• Capable of working in classified cleanroom environments
• Willingness to pass media fill and aseptic proficiency testing
• Ability to work overnight shifts Wednesday through Saturday
