Service Specialist

Overview The Service Specialist will be responsible for performing services provided on-site in a highly professional environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support. Additional responsibilities include: Mailroom activities Ensures the coordinated delivery of copy, print services and mail parcels Sending and receiving emails and other administrative tasks as assigned Receptionist full time or part time Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or GED and legal US authorization to work for any employer Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; capable of lifting up to 55 poundsMS Office Suite skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written #J-18808-Ljbffr IST Management Services
