About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff, Operations to play a pivotal role in the transformation of healthcare. This senior leadership position is a blend of strategic counsel, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will be the right hand to the Chief Operating Officer, driving the division's priority initiatives, and serving as a trusted proxy with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional initiatives, advancing consumer experience strategy, and ensuring the effectiveness of the enterprise Operating Committee. The role demands a leader with a strong commitment to the company's mission, a player-coach mindset, and the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on support. Candidates for the Chief of Staff, Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of healthcare business administrative or management experience, with a BA/BS degree preferred. The role requires a proven track record in team building, project management, and delivering business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. A strategic thinker with the ability to work through change and ambiguity, the Chief of Staff will be expected to have a high degree of initiative, be action-oriented, and possess the ability to build consensus and negotiate effectively.
