Advancing integrated advocacy model and the consumer experience strategy across the enterprise. Supports facilitation of the division’s key meetings and governance forums – such as the COO Directs leadership meeting, business review meetings, and others – shaping agendas, preparing materials, and managing the flow of information before and after each meeting. Ensures cross‑functional value and effectiveness of the enterprise Operating Committee by driving the strategic agenda, curating all meeting content, and managing the end‑to‑end execution of the meeting series. The role also leads the annual planning and governance process for Operating Committee, ensuring all post‑meeting action items are addressed. Drives the development and preparation of all content and materials for the Board of Directors’ Health Care Quality and Affordability (HCQA) Committee, in close partnership with the COO.
