About CareBeam:
CareBeam is a healthcare technology company building AI-powered workflow automation for medical practices. The platform currently includes clinical documentation/scribing, chart auditing, coding/RCM workflows, and integrations with major EHR platforms. CareBeam has paying customers, contracted revenue, and an existing product/customer base to build from.
The role:
We’re looking for a highly entrepreneurial CEO to take over day-to-day leadership and drive the next phase of CareBeam’s growth. This is a hands-on operating role for someone comfortable working in an early-stage environment with limited resources.
The CEO will own:
- Revenue growth and enterprise sales
- Customer success and implementation
- Fundraising and capital strategy
- Hiring
- Product prioritization and roadmap
- Partnerships and distribution
- Budgeting and operating discipline
- Recruiting and managing the broader team
What we’re looking for:
- Prior startup operating experience, ideally as a founder, GM, or senior commercial/product leader
- Strong B2B sales ability
- Comfortable selling into healthcare organizations
- Able to operate without a large support team
- Strong product instincts
- Experience fundraising or working closely with investors is a plus
- Technical fluency is helpful, but not necessarily a software engineer
- High ownership mentality and willingness to do whatever is required to move the company forward

- Paying healthcare customers
- Existing contracted revenue and expansion opportunities
- Multiple EHR integrations
- Deployed AI clinical documentation product
- Existing codebase/IP and customer relationships
- Opportunity to expand into broader clinical/administrative workflow automation
Location: NYC preferred / in-person
Compensation:
Competitive salary + meaningful equity, based on experience.
