About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in driving portfolio performance, leading strategic initiatives, and overseeing a growing team. This role involves developing and executing asset-level business plans, maximizing portfolio performance, and managing stakeholder relationships. The Vice President will also be responsible for leading and mentoring the asset management team, establishing best practices, and partnering with executive leadership on various strategies. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' commercial real estate asset management experience, with a focus on institutional-quality assets. The role requires a professional with a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading value creation initiatives, managing risks, and driving the growth of the platform.
