Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Overview The FP&A Manageris responsible forleading the organization's business planning,projections,and analytical activities. This role serves as a strategic business partner to executive leadership byprovidingfinancial insights, performance analysis, and recommendations that support informed decision-making and long-term businessobjectives. Responsibilities Lead the annual business planning process, including staffing, operating, and capital budgeting, across the firm Collaborate with other finance and functional teams to develop and maintain monthly and annual projections for profit and key metrics Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios and provide recommendations Partner with Finance and Accounting to implement process enhancements and other solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making Lead, mentor, and develop team of FP&A analysts Support long-range strategic planning and business initiatives Perform ad hoc projects as requested Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field MBA, CPA, or other relevant certifications preferred 6 - 8+ years of relevant finance, accounting, or FP&A experience Prior management or team leadership experience preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI a plus Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills combined with an ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations High degree of professionalism and the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization from new hires to senior executives Exceptional client service mentality and strong work ethic Outstandingoral and writtencommunication skills Why Kimley-Horn?
