Engineering Industrial Intern

Responsibilities Assist engineers with projects related to process improvement, equipment optimization, and documentation Collect and analyze data to support engineering initiatives and operational decisions Support troubleshooting efforts for equipment, processes, or quality issues Update and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, and SOPs Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Quality, and Maintenance Perform other duties as assigned to support site and team objectives Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, or related field) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from multiple stakeholders Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Prior internship or co‑op experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts Experience with data analysis or technical documentation What You’ll Gain Hands‑on engineering experience in a real‑world manufacturing environment Exposure to cross‑functional teams and operational decision‑making Mentorship from experienced engineers and leaders Opportunity to build technical and professional skills Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
