Paralegal Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in cases involving Lemon Law, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to case management and client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with legal research, document review, and case preparation
- Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather case information
- Organize and maintain legal documents using document management systems
- Draft legal correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents
- Assist in trial preparation and attend court proceedings when necessary
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience with high-volume case management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong research skills using tools like Westlaw
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field OR Paralegal certificate
- Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., Clio, MyCase)
- Knowledge of Lemon law
- Bilingual (Spanish or other language)
