This position offers a unique blend of cash applications, collections, and accounts payable duties as well as assisting the supervisor with month-end reconciliation and month-end reporting.Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 Hourly Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation and Sick, 401K Possible Schedules :Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 3:30 pmMonday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pmResponsibilitiesResponsible for home loan cash applicationsResponsible for collections.Responsible for some accounts payable.Maintenance of new loans, including reviewing documents for accuracy and completion.Generation and processing of welcome letters, statements, and past-due notices.Assist in establishing manageable payment plans for past-due accounts.Assist with month-end closing including bank reconciliation and monthly reporting to management for multiple companies.Assist with year-end preparation.Job QualificationsMinimum 3 years of payables, receivables, or general accounting experience requiredAA in Accounting and/or strong understanding of accounting principlesSpanish speaking requiredExcel skills - intermediate to advance
