Our client, a professional services firm, is seeking a Conference Center Coordinator to join their team on a temporary with potential to convert in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:

• Oversee reception, switchboard, conference room, and catering operations in a professional law firm environment
• Coordinate meeting logistics, conference room scheduling, food service, AV support, and event setup
• Greet visitors, manage security procedures, and serve as a primary point of contact for guests and clients
• Support facilities, office services, deliveries, inventory management, and office logistics
• Assist with special projects, travel coordination, and administrative support as needed

About You:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of conference services, reception, hospitality, office services, or professional services experience
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with conference room management, catering coordination, and AV support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds and supporting occasional overtime or event coverage

About The Position:

• Start Date: ASAP!
• $26-$30/hr DOE
• 100% onsite
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Occasional overtime, evening, and weekend event support may be required
• Metro Accessible!
