As one of the world's largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.Job Duties:Support sourcing activities for assigned categories by assisting with supplier communication, quotations, and data analysis.Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and part data within procurement systems to support business continuity.Assist with supplier performance tracking, issue documentation, and reporting under guidance from senior team members.Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance to support part qualification, changes, and basic sourcing initiatives.Participate in RFQs, cost comparisons, and savings tracking activities.Support supplier onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements.Develop foundational sourcing and negotiation skills through hands-on experience and training.Minimum Qualifications:2-4 years related experienceAssociate's degree (Business, Supply Chain or Engineering) Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GEDFrequent travel (6-20%) & Occasional overnight stays (0-5%)Must be willing to work onsite – New Bremen, OhioPreferred Qualifications:Interpersonal, teamwork and negotiation aptitude skills.Proficient computer skills.Manufacturing Engineering or other technical experience.CPSM, APICS, CIPS, or comparable training are also preferred.Work Authorization: Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
