Strategic Land Acquisition Manager

PulteGroup seeks a Land Acquisition/Development Manager in the Ocala area to identify land opportunities and conduct market research. You will build relationships with developers, brokers, and landowners to support growth and project pipelines. The role requires coordinating due diligence, preparing feasibility packages, and reviewing purchase agreements in partnership with the Development team.
