Customer Support Specialist

Our client, a fast-growing financial technology company specializing in consumer lending solutions for the residential solar and home improvement industries, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional Tier 1 support to customers and business partners. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable troubleshooting both customer service and technical issues. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. Please note: This is a full-time, remote opportunity. Candidates must reside within the Mountain, Pacific, or Hawaii time zones and be available to work a rotating schedule during support hours. Key Responsibilities Provide phone, email, and chat support to customers and business partners in both English and Spanish. Troubleshoot customer inquiries and technical issues while delivering timely, high-quality service. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and support ongoing account management. Maintain accurate records and case documentation using internal systems. Assist with partner training, onboarding, and educational resources. Participate in process improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Test new platform features and provide feedback to support operational improvements. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, technical support, or call center experience (solar, lending, fintech, or SaaS experience is a plus). Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Comfortable learning new technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
