Â
You will get to:
â¢ IMACs: perform installs, moves, adds and changes
â¢ Monitor inventory of computers and network equipment
â¢ Perform preventive maintenance of equipment as needed
â¢ Troubleshoots and/or resolves problems by providing support services and information for laptops, desktops, and phones
â¢ Provide executive support
â¢ Assist Facilities Services with Relocation support
â¢ Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
â¢ Provide end-user training for hardware and software
Â
EDUCATION REQUIRED
â¢ A+ Training and/or Certification
â¢ MCP Certification
Â
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
â¢ 2 years in an enterprise environment
â¢ Basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
â¢ Knowledgeable in O365, Win10, SCCM and Trend Micro
â¢ Must be customer-facing with strong English skills, written and verbal
â¢ Basic knowledge of Networking fundamentals/protocols ( DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN )
â¢ Possess the ability to test hardware and peripherals and replace parts and components
â¢ Ability to prioritize workload according to urgency and work independently
