Job Description Required Skills: 3 years of experience providing direct PC support to end users. 3 years of experience imaging and configuring desktop, laptop and mobile devices. 3 years of experience installing Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 7, windows 10). 2 engagements of providing direct PC support to end users. Identification of all subcontractors, if applicable. Desired Skills: Experience with similar projects for State, County or local governmental entities. Working knowledge of Active Directory and AD group policies. Knowledge of desktop inventory and software automation tools (SCCM-Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager & Software Delivery). A+ certification. Microsoft Desktop Support certification. 5 years or more experience resolving end users’ hardware and software issues in a large IT environment. Degree or equivalent with emphasis in computer science or related fields.
