Chateau Resort & Conference Center, nestled in the beautiful Tannersville, PA, is looking for a skilled and dedicated General Maintenance Worker to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of experience in maintenance and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

As a General Maintenance Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our resort and conference center remains a welcoming and well-maintained space for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing routine maintenance and repairs across the property.
Troubleshooting and addressing issues with plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC as needed.
Conducting inspections to identify and resolve potential maintenance concerns.
Assisting with general upkeep of the facility, including minor carpentry and painting tasks.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborating with the team to maintain a safe and functional environment.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings a combination of technical skills and a can-do attitude. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in general maintenance or a related field.
Skills: Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair work.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Team Player: Strong communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with others.
Dependability: A reliable and proactive approach to work.
