A growing, chef-driven restaurant organization is searching for a Regional Executive Chef to provide operational and culinary leadership across multiple upscale, full-service restaurant concepts. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching Executive Chefs, building high-performing teams, solving operational challenges, and driving excellence across multiple locations.

This is not a corporate "clipboard chef" position. We're looking for a hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump into a kitchen, mentor a team through service, identify opportunities for improvement, and help restaurants consistently perform at a high level.

What You'll Do

• Provide culinary and operational leadership across multiple upscale restaurant locations
• Coach, mentor, and develop Executive Chefs and BOH leadership teams
• Evaluate restaurant performance and proactively identify operational opportunities
• Ensure consistency in food quality, execution, presentation, and guest experience
• Partner with Operations and Culinary Leadership to drive financial performance
• Monitor food cost, labor, purchasing, inventory, and kitchen efficiencies
• Support Executive Chef hiring, interviews, leadership development, and succession planning
• Lead restaurant visits, observe service, provide real-time coaching, and implement action plans
• Assist with new restaurant openings, menu rollouts, recipe implementation, and operational initiatives
• Collaborate with senior culinary leadership on continuous improvement and long-term growth strategies
• Travel throughout your region, prioritizing the restaurants where your leadership has the greatest impact

What We're Looking For

• Multi-unit culinary leadership experience within upscale, full-service restaurants
• Executive Chef background in high-volume, chef-driven concepts
• Proven ability to coach and develop Executive Chefs into stronger leaders
• Experience overseeing multiple restaurant locations and maintaining operational consistency
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated success managing food cost, labor, inventory, purchasing, and P&L performance
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing people
• Scratch kitchen experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting multiple restaurant concepts and new openings is highly desirable
• Comfortable traveling regularly between restaurant locations and adapting to changing business needs

Compensation & Benefits

• $115,000-$125,000 base salary
• Lucrative, attainable performance bonus
