Built on an API-first architecture, our extensible ecosystem enables institutions to adapt quickly, integrate easily, and unlock new opportunities for growth—turning every customer interaction into a moment of clarity, confidence, and connection.Job Description for a Business AnalystResponsibilitiesUtilize a deep understanding of the banking sector’s customer acquisition processes to provide examples related to Terafina’s product functionalityElicits requirements from the client and converts them into user stories and product requirementsWorks as a part of the project team and act as a bridge between the client and the Terafina technology team by elaborating the client requirementsAbility to translate and understand integration requirements underlying the business requirementsLiaises between the client and internal stakeholders to validate, analyze and document the requirements in the form of user storiesParticipates and lead discovery activities with the customer to lay down the requirementsParticipates in the functional design and solutioningWorks closely with the QA team to create test scenarios and review the test casesAbility to learn the Agile methodology and related project toolsParticipates in the sprint grooming sessions and sprint reviews both internally and with the customerOpen to travel to client site for requirements gathering and implementation activities like UATExperience & Skills Required5 to 8 years of experience in the financial industry dealing with customer acquisitions and client interactions.Having worked in a bank / credit union or a technology service providerBusiness Banking experience is preferred but is not a prerequisiteUser experience with banking systems, for example core systems and Loan origination system like FIS, Temenos, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Lending 360 etc.Understand of the digital banking’s acquisition process is desirableExperience in implementing digital solutions would be an advantage but is not a prerequisiteFamiliar with Agile methodology would be an advantage but is not a prerequisiteKnowledge and experience of Salesforce would be an added advantage but is not a prerequisiteAny certifications like Certified Business Analysis Profession etc. would be desirable but is not a prerequisiteExcellent communication skills – written and spoken – is requiredExperience in customer onboarding is requiredStatement to Third Party AgenciesTo ALL recruitment agencies: Candescent only accepts resumes from agencies on the preferred supplier list.
