Position Title Line Leader Wage $25.25/hour Shift 2nd Hours 3:00pm - 11:00pm Line Leader Responsibilities Direct, coach and mentor assigned assembly team to assist in meeting performance metrics Ensure safety, quality, service (delivery), and cost objective are met Develop, maintain and improve pre and post production checklists detailing steps to startup, run, and shutdown of line Provide visual confirmation of items by position at line start up Supervise and train pump/cap table team to assist in completing line tasks Set up, maintain and troubleshoot filler, monitoring consumables/spares Perform weight checks in production Clean and sanitize filler, setup (changeover) and start production Maintain master downtime for team Cross train with Palletizers to cover absences Requirements for Line Leader High School Diploma or equivalent experience Proficient in basic math skills Previous assembly experience and/or leadership experience helpful Ability to walk, stand, sit and reach throughout shift Ability to lift or exert force between 10-50lbs as needed Ability to use hand tools, scales, label machines, fillers and other equipment as needed We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Monroechamber
