Production Lead / Line Leader – 2nd ShiftTake the lead on a production line, ensuring products are made safely, efficiently, and meet quality standards. This role is responsible for guiding the team, troubleshooting equipment, and driving performance across safety, quality, and productivity.Pay: $25.25/hour Shift: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday)What You'll DoLead, coach, and support production team members on the lineEnsure production goals and performance metrics are metMonitor product quality and perform required checksSet up, operate, and troubleshoot filling equipmentTrack downtime and identify opportunities for improvementMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAssist with changeovers, startup, and shutdown proceduresKey ResponsibilitiesOversee daily line operations (safety, quality, output, and cost)Train and support team members to improve performancePerform equipment setup, preventative maintenance, and adjustmentsMonitor production trends and take corrective action as neededComplete required documentation and production reportsCross-train and support other areas (including palletizing)QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious manufacturing or assembly experience requiredLeadership or lead experience preferredBasic math and problem-solving skillsPhysical RequirementsStand and walk for full shifts (8+ hours)Lift up to 50 lbs occasionallyFrequent bending, reaching, and use of handsWork EnvironmentExposure to machinery, noise, and chemicalsPPE required as neededFor more information call Kristin at View phone number on click.appcast.io or email her at View email address on click.appcast.io.
