• Oversee all day-to-day bookkeeping functions, maintaining accurate financial records, journal entries, and general ledger activity.
• Manage the full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and account maintenance.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts while investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Bookkeeper will administer payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and related reporting to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, support month-end and year-end close processes, and provide reporting and analysis to leadership.

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a full-cycle or full-charge bookkeeping role.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Experience performing bank reconciliations, managing AP/AR processes, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
